Reference to 1984, George Orwell. Sarcasm, disappointment, disillusion, frustration.
Corrupted world wants you to give in. They mock you for being "a dreamer", your values are laughable for them. You stand up for what you believe in, they show you they are stronger, it is useless, waste of time. It is all twisted up, nothing makes sense according to you, you think you are in really bad Alice in Wonderland movie, but it is reality. They think they have real authority. How can you even think you can stand up against them and achieve something.

And the fact about the opportunity to go and party with them, I think this would haunt me for the rest of my life. To be just a few years older..., sigh.

I saw them only once when they were in Prague, summer 2009. It was a big stage (of course) but I??d prefer to see them in some small club, not possible I know. I didn't notice his perfectionism though.

Yeah... She was just as affected lol!
That's the great thing about the states... They find out about foreign bands later in the game, so we have a better chance of seeing them in small venues. I was able to see them up close and was able to see Muse up close three years in a row before they got huge here too! That's possible in France... So, it was like a dream come true for my husband 😆
