Not really. You can still “see the movie” with them and it still be a good experience for the both of you. You’re together. They care enough to see the movie again. You don’t fight, you’ll have plenty other of things to experience together in the future. Life is too short to have that type of attitude about anything. I can see how it could hurt your feelings though. It’s best to address it If it bothers you that much but personally I’d just let it go.

I agree with you 100% . Thanks.

I know he would’ve invited me if I was in town, but rn I’m 900 miles away on winter break 😞 Distance sucks in newish relationships 😭😭

but if one of you has never seen the movie and the other has ..you are going to be nervous going in ..they know the plot and all the info ..what if you look stupid? What if they don't have as much a fun time with you as they would with someone who had the same amount of movie experience—

This is exactly what I was thinking when my friends talked me down. Now that he’s seen it we won’t get to be shocked together when a monster pops out or something 😪 But like you said, I guess there will be other movies 😐

At least it’s only for 4 more days. I’m definitely going to be taking shorter breaks/vacations in the future.
