You see your self react.

When your mad at work or when your mad at anyone... we react, naturally.

But what if we hear a little voice in our head that says we are separate from our emotions?

When we react it's because we don't center our conscience.

Before you talk. Before you drive. Before you react.

Sit. Find that voice in your head. The one that talks .. tell yourself that life is good. Now yell it! Now whisper it.

See.

The mind and the emotion are two different bodies. But you can master thisas I've been doing.

True. Let me add, that breathing correctly helps just as much as "that voice in your head". It calms you quickly and puts things in their proper perspective.

Telling a Gemini to sit and find that voice before reacting is like telling water not to be wet.. Hahahaha

Hey. That's just it.

It's like telling a fish to see water

It's the voice inside.

Good luck hah

Absolutely. That's finding your center. Same thing. You may be progressed further.

Can you elaborate on it? When you use it? Why you use it?

Well because it says:

In order to truly transform our lives we have to look unflinchingly at why we are experiencing what we are experiencing in the first place. This requires a deep honesty and willingness to look at that which is uncomfortable. We transform through looking at and accepting our shadows.

It asks you to look at what is hidden. It asks you to look at your true motivations and everyone else’s. Is everyone being honest here? Why are we really doing this? What do we have to gain and most of all what do we have to lose? What is the worst case scenario here? If everything goes wrong what is the consequence of this action?

It asks you to see the darkness, the wound, and learn from it. It asks us to look deep within ourselves and do an honest self-inventory of our wounds and realize what choices we are making from that place of wounding. It asks us to see where we have been compromised and where we are thirsting for power for the sake of power as opposed to for the benefit of others. It forces us to look at whether we are abusing others in order to get ahead and where we are being manipulated to serve someone else’s purpose.

So I guess it's big on emotional impulse control and self honesty rather than self deception. Emotional impulse is reaction.. So responding instead of reacting. Self mastery. Self control.

@ariella7 thank you.

I reached a point where none of that matters.

It only matters how I react to stimuli

And i no longer think of my interpretation.

It's not about me.

But inside I'm there.

But I see it through my body but my body no longer reacts.

Same thing- different road to the same spot.

🙂

Beautiful days.

I believe we see our emotions and can notice them, every little thing. We can chose how we respond. And how we respond is not dependent on what others want.

It's freer.

We go to bed knowing we acted as our conscious felt best by.

For me, this has been a grear way to straighten up my life. My mind. My addictions. My inner turmoil.

It becomes clearer
