A question

Do you belive people (large groups) by themselves can make big chages in society? Or there always should be someone who direct them to this? I mean without those people to direct them nothing will change? Do you think this is true?

I think very possible. And according to this, whenever we see something big happens in society, we can most certainly say that someone or some group of people actually orchestrating them in this way, because without them, nobody will do anything even though they face bad condition.

The reason why I ask this is this: I can see some societies (groups) struck in one place. And there are other groups who very probably actively eliminating those people who would bring change. I think relation with groups and leaders is cruical. Without leaders, groups accomplish nothing (they wont even start doing anything). Which means, if you remove certain people from groups, they will be seem controlled.

I understand what you say by leaders with hidden agenda. This sentence actually holds two definitions. First, the groups is directed (conducted) by some sort of leader who brings the change. And the second one, if you remove certain leaders from head of groups, you will control them for a longer time. None of those two examples (definitions) oppose to what I say. I take it as granted that you agree with what I say.

I guess this is why freedom of speech is enacted in many countries, to allow group leaders to emerge.

Worship? I guess this is an example for leaders with hidden agenda. Taking advantage of new opportunities that new situations bring is one thing, and worshiping to their leaders (or each other) is the other thing. I think those two shouldn't be mixed with each other. They are different.
