He has a girlfriend now, which from my perspective, makes him a pretty decent guy for stopping the flirting with you .. afterall, when a boy has a girlfriend, he's not supposed to be making eyes at other women, is he?
If I were in your position, I would be happy that he found a nice girl to share time with and if he stays with her, then become friends to both of them, so you can enjoy their company together. If they break up, then that's your opportunity to try and move closer with him.
To tell him your feelings now, would make you trying to come inbetween to people who are feeling each other .. that wouldn't be a good move. And, it sounds like you are just as mature as he is because if you weren't, you would have just spewed your feelings to him, disrespecting how he has pulled away from others girls for the sake of his girlfriend.
If it was meant to be between you two .. it will be .. patience 🙂

My dilemma is that of course this having to do with a boy, Ive read alot of astrology on him & the scorpio & pisces in love,etc & i find its pretty true what is said about him & how he acts and his characteristics & alot of the horoscopes i read on scorpio & pisces in relationship is great, we have a history because how i met him was in my class & he tried to holla at me like get my number in hopes of bf/gf thing so we talk for several months [started in december of 06] & we seem to be pretty compatible we understand each other pretty well & all that and have built a pretty strong friendship having good trust in each other and im not even gonna lie theres a physical attraction as well here, so anyways heres what else happened in about the beginning of june he gets a gf which of course im not all that thrilled about, but he still talks to me til about mid july then everything seems to come to a halt i barely talk to him now a days and when i see him its like somewhat awkward; so his gf she is a nice girl not bad i honestly have to admit she showed him alot of public affection like hugs to say goodbye or hi and all that to show she liked him and i never really did because im not even sure why i guess you could say watching from a distance kinda thing and partly because i wasnt ever actually really close by we have like a completely different set of friends but i am friends with some of his boys, we talked over texting mainly alot hes not much a a calling type of guy and also not really much in school i was kinda shy and so is he so we basically never revealed alot feelings to each other besides flirting here and there but im pretty darn sure he did like me alot at one point but im not sure if its still there.. because of this like sudden shut down from him so what does this all mean?? i am clueless right now i tried to describe the situation as well as i can but without having to turn it into a long story an im wondering where do i go from here i want him to be my boyfriend do i tell him my feelings now or wait it out til they break up—?? please help..
