friends or ?

A pisces male friend confuses me so maybe a male pisces can help me.
How do know if a male pisces is interested in more than friendship ot just being friendly?
I've known him for over a year...more socially the first 6 months.

What has changed- He's been calling me 2-3 times a day, which he didn't used to do.
Just more, what I call 'clingy'.

What's the same-going to his house or other places.
He teases and does prolonged eye contact with me but again he's always done that.

Do Pisces do this with all their friends? I don't want to mis-read him if that is all it is.

I have a bf. Pisces does not have a g/f, he broke up with her 2 months ago, and that's when he got more 'clingy'. He invites my b/f to places too so we all hang out. But if he and I are alone, he acts different with me. Has not 'crossed the line' though per se. (prolonged eye contact, stands close to me, flirty behavior)

Would he do this just to boost his own ego? Wants what he can't have is the current thrill?

yes..wants to. But I guess i'm just getting uncomfortable with how much. Its nearly everyday first thing in morning, then maybe afternoon, and then night. And making 'plans' or suggestions to get together. I guess I just don't know if he's lonely, bored, wants something more personal with me, or ? and the mixed signals.

When bf is with me, he talks more to bf and is all buddy-buddy with him. But if bf is not around, he's more personable with me. Sometimes he says negative things about my bf too.(two-faced)

I guess I just question if he's somehow looking for more even though he knows I am not 'available'
He's also venus in Aries, Gem rising. (Traits I don't trust on the surface)

As friends, we get along great and like to hang out. Most Cap's and Pisces do get along which is the connection we have.

Would be get mad or offended if I asked him to stop calling me so much? My bf doesn't like it that he's calling so much so I feel stuck in the middle sometimes.

he knows I have a bf...I've had the same bf since I've known him.

Guess we'll have to have a little discussion on boundaries or something..
