Great friends with air signs, but disaster in relationships?

Hey y'all so I've noticed something peculiar about my life. I'm great friends with air signs. My closests girlfriends are sun in Aquarius moon in Scorpio, sun in Pisces moon in Gemini, and sun in libra moon in Sagg (Scorpio Venus). I love them.


BUT

every air sign man I've dated the relationship has crashed and burned! The same airy, intellectual, aloof qualities I LOVE about my air sign influenced girlfriends I HATE about air sign influenced men (except intellectual) when I'm involved with them.

Is anyone else the same way?

Nope. My (female) friends were all sorts (Sag, Taurus, Libra, Pisces, Virgo...).

I have only dated/loved air or air-dominated guys, though. With one exception: I have a weak spot for Capricorns.

Oh, and no disaster so far...

yes undine that's funny because your attraction to air sign men correlated with your Venus in Aquarius. My Venus is in Aries and I've been on a roll with fire sign men! Ha

I've thought about this... and the biggest difference is I'm neither

living, nor sleeping with my girlfriends.

My closest friend is Gemini/Aries (Pisces rising).

I love her.

I could not date her... and that goes both ways.

I would suffocate her-- she's too docile.

But we make fabulous friends 😄

Smarievalles you really held on there...Aquarius men are, well, difficult with emotion. I just got through dating one and it was actually going so well! He was a gentleman, took me out a lot, took me shooting for the first time...really sweet guy. But I could tell that he did lack an awareness of his emotions...it showed with the way he acted towards his new divorce. He also did longgggg disappearing bouts. I commend you...you are probably a wise woman...my longest serious relationship till date has been 9 months

Yea Air signs act too cool for me...but boy do Me and Gemini men have a fanststic time! A Gemini man was my first love....

Yep! Totally agree, tried for nearly 5 years with a Libra man, just friends in the end.

I do notice that in real life, where aquarius venus, or Gemini venus, or libra venus peeps end up with air suns, air moons or airy dominant.

even Bruce Willis, couldn't make it last with Scorpio/Taurus moon Demi Moore, and ended up with Gemini sun/scorpio moon 2nd wife.

despite Bruce WIllis's Pisces sun and Taurus mars. He has Aquarius moon and Aquarius venus. and he's a 7th house sun. I see this a lot in real life, but there is the ODD one, where our Pisces sun uncle is stellium pisces, and ended up with a Leo sun. I don't know his rising, but he could have a strong fire house.

Yeah! I'm more into the fire signs when it comes to relationship.

Air signs shall remained as just friends. Period.

but you're Gemini and libra dominant. how is that going to work?

find a man who is 7th and 3rd house dominant? that's gonna be hard.
