Headaches?

Okay, I'm wondering if frequent headaches is a pisces thing because i have several piscean friends who say they suffer from frequent headaches just like i do. I dont mean like those terrible ones that keep you from doing anything but a dull aching that comes at least two times a week.

though this could be a rather stupid post on my part... let's hope its not

Rarely, in my younger years .. once mid-life hit, headaches come more often due to the chemical imbalances of my hormonal changes .. but, still, not very often.

However, I know my body well enough to recognize what causes them and remedy the situation. Headaches, other than hormonal, come from two sources in my system .. one, if from looking at this damn computer screen for a prolonged period of time, the other is when I've not eaten in over 12 hours .. eat, take a nap to rest my eyes .. the headache goes away without meds.

Luckily, I just never had to suffer through this .. many people I know do. Some people I know live on Tylenol .. just been fortunate in this aspect.

Maybe try changing things to see if you can determine WHY .. sleep pattern, diet, activity routine. Sometimes, when I have a cold, or the flu .. I can will myself better .. have you ever been able to do that?

So long as I sit and whimper about my illness, it worsens.
If I pick myself up and make the decision that I'm not doing it, it sometimes go away.

Pisces have tremendous focus and meditative skills .. maybe this might work for you with the headaches.

lets hope so because its annoying. like right now, theres a dull ache on the back right side of my head and it's always right there. sometimes its there when i wake up... or it comes during the day. it's just weird and seems abnormal. sometimes i take aleve for it when it becomes to annoying and sometimes i massage my temples. i just wondered if i were the only one.
