Found these long ago and I could relate to them more than any other explanations about our basic astrological character and the relationships with other people.
Personally, I think cusps and decans play some important role. There's definitely difference among people from different decans and cusps even though they're all from the same sun sign.
Unfortunately there are some errors with those links (e.g. the dates and the description doesn't fit.) so you may need to check carefully. OK then, hope it helps.
There, you can even get an answer to why some scorpios and geminis can work 😛, and why some same element sign people actually don't work, etc. So, with this and all the other aspects, like moon and venus, mars, and personal backgrounds ... seriously, astrology is bull shit. That's my conclusion. LOL. That's why we should use astrology only to understand ourselves, not to judge or classify other people.
