Hi! Can anyboody help me?

Hello everyone. I'm new at the forum. I have a doubt and would like sb help me

I knew a 25-year-old piscis man two months ago. I'm 28 and I'm a Cancer. It's weird but I liked him too much. I felt some connection and I even thought he liked me. So i decided to add him on facebook and we started chatting. he asked me if i had a boyfriend (i don't) and when i asked him if he had one he said he had just ended a relationship and i didn't ask anything else. The point is that we have gone out two times in different weeks, and in this second "date" he said: I have a question: why did you add me on facebook? and after some useless words I said: I think you're handsome I'm curious about you. I feel empathy. He thanked me and said he felt flattered because of that. He said he finds me smiling, beautiful and nice, and then he said: "what is your aim? let's have everything clear since the very beggining" I was confused and said "I have no such thing, anything might happen in the future, I just want to get to know you and maybe we could be a couple or we could be good friends, nobody knows, besides you said you have just ended up a relationship" (because i wouldn't like to be his rebound) and he said "yes, I was gonna say that"... and we both stopped talking about that.

The point is that it's been two days and nobody has written. I haven't done it because i dont' want him to think I'm putting some kind of pressure, but I don't know what he might think about it. Do you think I have a chance with him? I was frank (not agressive) because he asked me, but i don't know if it would work against me. Did I scare him? Did he behave the way he did because he was being polite?

Any advice you could give me? Thanks beforehand for your help

When this person asked what your aim is, i think he meant what do you want in life, or maybe from a relationship.

I'm a Cancer and i lay it out in front of people like that so i understand what he said.

no, he was referring to what I had just said about him because he said sth such as: what's your objective with me
