I stood in this work for 4 hours and then I was asked to leave.
I mean WTF?
They gave me 2 days to socialise with people and get used to the company. But it took me 4 hours. Then I said "since what you have asked is done, can we proceed to the next phase?". 15 minutes later boss comes and "you are relieved". I'm like WTF? I ask "Why?". He says "I'm not satisfied with you". I say "Why?". He says "I'm not satisfied with you, I want you to leave".
Who knows what they wanted? I rather don't care about it, anymore. And I don't think about it either. I just leave them with their problems (thus sorry arses) because their replacement will come in couple of days.
Well, maybe you could set the goal with your next job to at least stay long enough to see what they want.
Perhaps, then .. YOU could be the winner.
