reciprocating feelings

what does it mean when you do it? I remember when I told my girl that I loved her she didn't reciprocate straight away and went a bit aloof for a while which I understood as her not being in the same place as me

lately she started reciprocating some feelings and I started seeing more genuine expressions from her

what does this mean in general when pisces reciprocate feelings ... I know you guys sometimes do it to make the other person feel happy but usually this looks like an act

Mister, we were talking about this behaviour within Pisces people just yesterday on v-lady's thread, who is a Virgo dealing with a Pisces.

You understood this wrong, I'm afraid .... or at least, your jumping to that conclusion may not be accurate.

When Pisces people feel deeply, the connection from this feeling to our mouths to answer you is severly breached ... we will appear indifferent, or aloof (at that moment/when put on the spot) .. but, that doesn't mean we aren't on the same page with you, it means that we struggle with finding words to convey how we feel.


Additionally, you have to keep in mind that it's a double-whammy when Pisces people are trying to express to Virgo's because V's tend to mirror, or reflect to thier partners, rather than be forthcoming with how they actually feel. Meaning, a Virgo will tell their partner what the V thinks the partner WANTS to hear, rather than what is actually, really felt ... so this is more of a strain on a P, who struggles to get out how they are truly feeling, during reciprocation because we are empathetically based ... meaning, we can FEEL whether what you are saying is for your benefit or ours.

So, if a Virgo tells us something, for our benefit to make us feel good, but, it doesn't coincide with how you are actually feeling for yourself ... we can sense this, and it's double hard for us to reciprocate how we are feeling back to you, since what was presented to us wasn't for reciprocation in the first place, if it wasn't a true feeling you were expressing for yourself.

And I agree with consensus .... I also won't tell someone I love them if I don't. In fact, I get irritated as shit just in here when people go around telling everyone that they love them.

It's superficial, man ... and this here Fish cannot stand shallowness being projected onto another for an ego stroke.

A person attempting to relate to a typical Pisces can probably take this to the bank .. if a Pisces isn't telling you they love you, then they don't.

The above quote is actually confusing, Mister ... because we are the complete opposite .. so what confuses me is that you think this.

We don't tell people superficial stuff to make them happy ... only when we are feeling compassion for people to we go to them.

Have you noticed just in here, that Pisces people don't go to another's side? We will make ourselves known that we are present by posting, but, we won't stand for one person or another, ordinarily .. that is unless we are actually feeling it.

This is us all the time, in our natural state.

We don't tell people things that are superficial or come from a shallow place unless we are actually feeling for this person. So, I'm not sure where you get this from.

Now, if we are in love, or have a person that we love, like a child or parent or friend ... we will indeed wrap a warm fuzzy world around them and remark on their qualities that we adore ... however, again, we actually adore those qualities, or that person.

You're a Virgo, mate 🙂🙂 ... if you didn't analyze something to death, then you wouldn't be one .. you HAVE to do this, it's the nature of the beast.

And I can truly imagine how difficult it is to come to any accurate conclusions (which you crave being a V) when dealing with and trying to understand a Pisces, who by nature isn't definitive.

We oppose definition, we won't be put in a box ... so anytime a person thinks they have it figure out, we adapt, we change colors.


So, what you are faced with cannot be an easy task. I've been married to a Virgo for many, many moons ... and he still doesn't have me figured out yet !!!!!!


For this reason, I think we are probably still able to stay together (from his side of things) ... because I'm a challenge to his brain. Whenever he needs mental stimulation ... here I sit, to throw a wrench into his finely-tuned engines.
