Should I wish him Happy New Year or just let go?

So my beautiful Pisces and I were friends now getting to know each other and we had a silly falling out in mid November. He said he would be keeping his distance. Afterward the vibe wasn't of hate or any thing. Days later when we saw each other after everything, he called me out and smiled. (Confusing, who says they r keeping their distance, but then call you out and smile, wtf?) anyway another couple days after I saw him and didn't acknowledge him and since that things have been weird and awkward. I didn't ignore him to be a bitch or anything, I just didnt feel like saying hi.

Now I think when he "ended" it of sorts, he felt in control of the situation. But after that day I ignored him his demeanor def did change around me and he just seemed uncomfortable as opposed to him being smiley etc.

So now when we see each other we make eye contact and thats it. No hello, good morning, no nothing.

I see him yesterday, we lock eyes as usual and he blurts out and sings a couple words from a song. LOL. I've noticed that he does that. What does that mean? Is he nervous? lol The last time he started to sing Rihanna whats my name, wtf? lmao

So I left for some breakfast me and another co worker. As we're coming back he was leaving as well. As the both cars pass each other we look at each other, both of us in the respective passenger seats. Sigh... smh. I feel like he wants to talk to me but somethings holding him back. I dunno!

Now I honestly just want to wish him Happy New Year. I dont expect anything to happen. Bu I'm concerned that I would look kinda pathetic LOL. But then I'm like, life is too short, whats the worst could happen, he would respond to my message? So yall tell me what yall thin etc!! lol

Also a little history on our falling out. I know Pisces swim away when they sense drama. I was 'wrong" and very apologetic to him.

It sounds to me like you have a desire to play for his feelings and attention, rather than actually gain sincere feelings from him, which would afford you genuine attention from him.

Yeah Im a Capricorno. What happened in November was that someone did something I didn't appreciate, and I let them know how I felt about it (way harsh) and he witnessed it and said that he's not into that kinda of drama and said he was staying away and deleted me from his Facebook.

Is that even a legit reason, I didn't even disrespect him or anything— WTF? BUT he has a right to feel how he did.

P Angel? I'm playing with his feelings? How so, he is the one that told me he's staying away, but when he sees me in person, he calls out to me like nothing happened?? Which one is it? He was the one playing games.

Well the time has passed for me to wish him a happy new year. But us not talking is so out of hand now. If I am going to an area and he's there, I avoid it and I saw him do that already.
