Taurus guy and pisces girl

I'm a taurus guy who has fallen in love with a pisces girl. I have loved her since the day I met her(almost 2 years ago). I've been there for her through everything. We have considered dating atleast 3 times but she is going to college. She has told that she is scared of commitment and she pulls away sometimes when she gets to close and gets scared. She comes right back to me everytime and has done that over 10 times. And she has mood swings where sometimes she will say she loves me so much and sees us getting married and is all lovey dovey and then Somedays she will be annoyed with me. She will text me differently and ignore complements and when I say I love her she'll wait till she has to say something else. She's the only girl I want and I've learned that I need her in my life. She is the love of my life and I think she realizes I am too but it scares her. And it scares her because of relationships she has seen (parents, step dad etc.) I am her rock and the only person she really trusts. I would give my life to protect this girl. I just need some advice on what I should do. People I have asked have said just be there for her and be there for her.

Give her space. Let her go to the college and live some life first.

I had two different Tauri following me for a total of 9 years. No, not on FB. At the Uni/work place, where we've met. They just wouldn't give up.

To be honest, their tenacity is what put me off most. They seemed unable to get the message, let go and make other plans. Can you?

Throughout the time we have known each other I have tried talking to other Girls. The problem is I'm not even attracted to any other girls, or even interested. And I know it will be a long time before she is okay with commitment, but I'm still going to be there for her and not question what happens. She has told me before that she hides her feelings sometimes because it can't happen right now but then she will show them and I can see her. But then like a fish she will swim away. I'm the only person that is there for her and I feel like she will realize what she needs is right in front of her. She has said that she loves me more than anything else and then that scares after a couple of days so she won't say it as much. She is the only girl I want and the only girl I will ever want. And most people say you
will meet someone else, but not me. I'm just going to try and live life and see if she realizes who I really am. Somedays she will be sad because of her parents and her life at home and ask me to hold her and that she loves me so much. Like yesterday there was a tornado earlier and we were driving around and I was talking about how kids in school don't take it seriously. Then she said when we live together someday you can't be scared, you have to protect me. And I said I would cover her body with mine and she would be protected not mine. And she smiled, said good and giggled. We are literally soul mates with terrible timing.

Hey fellow Taurus!! I am a Taurus female deeply in love with a Pisces man, going on 10-years strong and still absolutely crazy about him (you know us Taurus' are loyal). I have finally discovered as a Taurus, we really have to learn to be PATIENT with Pisces. Pisces loves much different than us and we must respect the way they love, no matter how different it is from the way you love. The key to a Pisces is that if you give them their space and don't try to FORCE them, they will love you forever. When I say FORCE Taurus, I mean your stubborn nature and also your possessive nature. As much as we want to stake our claim to our Pisces, they are not Earth signs, they are a water sign and will swim away. For nearly 5-years, I tried to force my Pisces to claim me as I called it. Over and over I would insist he make a decision right then and there. With a Pisces, DO NOT give them ultimatums because they will not go in your favor. Thank you everyone for replying. I am being patient and thank you for the advice. When I give her space she always comes running back to me and I didn't even go far. She loves me with all her heart and is just scared of commitment so I'm trying to be patient.

I'm going to wait it out, and sometimes it feels like she doesn't even want to talk to me. Then for a couple days I'll be the only person she wants to talk to. It just seems like she doesn't even notice or care about the things I do for her and then she will say she love you. When she feels like it's becoming to couple like she shuts off for a while and won't text me as much and might even try to talk to other guys but then she will come right back to me. She'll miss me the second we aren't with each other and she loves me more than anything. She's very protective of herself and builds a very strong wall, sometimes she lets me in but gets scared and builds it again. And do pisces sometimes do things to see your reaction?

Awww. This is so sweet. I love when a guy admits to being in love. Definitely be patient with her like you're doing. One thing about Pisces girls, it may take us a long time to committ. Especially if we've been hurt. But when we chose you, we will be 100% loyal and faithful and will love you more than anyone in this world. She will definitely be your ride or die. You seem like a great guy. And I'm sure she does love you. She just has to get over her past and realize the great guy that she has in front of her. And yes Pisces does sometimes do things to see your reaction. Not often though. But sometimes. That's because she cares and she wants to know if you care too. Pisces girls HAVE to know that her lover cares about her and wont give up on her. She will be hooked when she find that one man that loves her and understands her, but at the same time he knows how to keep her in check. Awesome combination. Lol!

I'm projecting, that's for sure.

Yet that Pisces girl could feel the same as I do (about nearly stalking encounters with apparently nice and well-meaning guys) in a few months/years.

There IS such thing as too much of a good thing........The geese/ducks and the procedure to get foie gras comes to my mind.

Okay, so I don't know your age or your girls' age, but obviously you're very young. What I do know is life is too damn short for games and what if's. If it takes 2 years to know if someone likes you or want to be with you, that's already a problem. All this business about not committing, mood swings and she's not sure if you're the one is a bunch a bull no matter what age you are. Either she likes you or she doesn't! Why would you subject yourself to an emotional roller coaster? Life's too short man..you're young, so enjoy your life and try not be burdened with so much unwarranted emotional baggage. If she's doesn't want to be in a committed relationship with you after all of this time, then move on!!! No human being..I don't care what horoscope they are, should deal with this kind of foolishness.

I understand how you feel. I am/ was the opposite to you situation. I am a pisces woman that fell deeply in love with a Taurus man. We dated in the same city for a year, then he moved away. Made promises he would keep it going. We saw each other when he would come to town, let me to believe we had a future. It took me three years and then finally it all came to a head. I was seeing on FB him checking in for dinner with other women, telling me they were just friends. I really thought/ and part of me still does thinks he is my soulmate. I did everything a human could to make this relationship work. But what I realized in all of this I couldn't force him to want to be with me. He told me that he wanted me to find someone else but still wanted to have dinners with me from time to time. Platonically of course. For a little while I tried to still be friends with him, but it was too hard. So I stopped any personal commuincation with him alltogether. My heart is still broken to this day. I have already been dating a cancer man for months. But what happened between me & my Taurus remains with me today. Trying to heal from his lies, and living in limbo for 2 years. Today is his birthday and reading your story reminded me of me. I think if you give this girl some time she will come around. You still sound like you both are at an age of growing up. Being there and Loyal means alot. I wish you luck.

Anon0424--hey, it sounds like you are both young people and you just need to get out there and live a little before you commit to this Pisces girl. That's basically what she is saying. I know it seems like she doesn't appreciate you or the things you do, I'm sure she does. Sometimes Pisces do have a hard time saying it cause it makes us feel very vulnerable--and that's scary. Just be her friend, and give her space and be there for her. But don't miss out on other girls because of her. whatever her issues are, she will eventually have to address them. I don't think you are creepy at all.
