What dreams may come...

Anyone have any strange or exciting dreams recently? Do you normally dream in black/white, color, or both?

PEOPLE SAY WE SEE DREAMS IN BLACK AND WHITE BUT I THINK I SEE COLORS...ITS HARD TO SAY.

I've never dreamt in black and white. Always in color, and usually wacky, brilliant colors.

The strangest dream I had recently involved me being a passenger on about the biggest airplane imaginable, like as big as 2 or 3 football (that's american football, lol)fields...and I knew I was supposed to be going to Egypt, but we had to land really fast and emergency evacuate the plane for some unknown reason. So we land in the middle of this huge desert, just sand and clumps of grass here and there...nothing else, not even cactuses. We all start clamoring to get out of the plane and then the pilot calls all the passengers to come back and tells us we have to get back on. Except, I don't want to get back on the plane and now I'm really freaked. So I'm pretty much verbally bullied by the other passengers to just get back on the plane, and we take off really fast so from nose to tail, it feels like the plane is totally vertical in the air, and we're going really fast. And I'm completely freaked. And that's it. Then it ended. I had this dream twice, with a variation; the second time I had it, my mother was on the plane with me.

Anyone have any thoughts about what this means? lol.

Oh my! This is strange. I had a dream awhile ago and it has stayed with me as it was SOOOOOO dramatic. I was driving down a road and there were a lot of cars in front of me. To the left, a huge football field and there were many people walking around...I remember a line of porta potties (don't ask me why) and wondering what they all were doing. Then, all of a sudden there is a huge plane going across the sky and it is getting larger and larger and I knew it was going to crash. I wanted to get home....fast. I could not move. My car stopped completely, no radio, no engine...nothing. All the people were running everywhere in a panic. The plane crashed and I saw this huge fireball exploding....that is all I remember of my dream. Not too long ago I was driving down the road, similiar to the one in my dream and a plane flew across my path. That dream came right back to me. I too wonder what this means and now the previous poster had almost the same dream.

I have read that we all are connected, our souls are and we do pass messages to one another. Have any of you ever wondered if we (our souls) leave our body to experience things? Life is but a dream......

It could be something you have both viewed on the news lately with all the footage of hijacked planes etc...

Maybe...good thought but I do not watch tv or read the paper....too much negativity for me!

Wow! Very interesting dream. Yes I imagine it could be watching all the news coverage, but something weird happened that I completely forgot about till just now, but I remembered telling my mom about it a long time ago. About a week before sept 11/2001, I had a very vivid dream where I was standing in our backyard, looking up at the sky and this huge bomb was headed downward right toward me, really fast. I ran, but for some reason looked back and watched as it hit the ground and right as I 'heard' the explosion, I woke up. I also had a dream before sept 11/2001 that I was standing in a church, a huge elaborately decorated European looking church with beautiful stained glass windows, one of which being a huge dome of glass on as a ceiling on the church. All of a sudden a bird, like a baby bird, dive bombs down crashing through the glass, and it scared the hell out of me in the dream. I also remember being upset that the beautiful dome was destroyed. lol. Now I don't claim to be at all psychic, but I do believe in the "collective unconcious"...and I do believe in such a thing as astral projection.

What the freak, man. lol. Oh I also had a dream AFTER the attacks, about 2 weeks later, that I will never forget but do believe was created from watching so much news. I dreamt that I was in the drive through at McDonalds of all places, and my bf was in the car with me, and we look up and there's military jets all over the sky dropping paratroopers down just like you'd see in the movies. I remember thinking maybe the president declared martial law, but...anyway that's my other freaky dream.

You mean like peanut m&m's and chocolate kisses—? is that junk? I cannot lay off that stuff as this is what makes me so sweet 🙂

LOL!!! I hear ya! Somethings you just got to have!!! I can do without just about everyting, including sex, but please don't deprive me of chocolate! I told my therapist that I would eat chocolate before I would show up to talk to him, and that is why I was always in such a good mood. He told me there was alot of truth to that! He told me to eat chocolate before a big exam at school, and I would retain more information. I did, and you know he was correct!!!!!!!!! The stuff is remarkable!

Hehe...does junk food really influence dreams? I didn't know! I don't remember if I had any junk food prior to falling asleep though...

If having sweets makes for sweeter dreams, I'll definately make sure to get my fill since I have a sweet tooth anyway. Hope I'll have another about Boris Kodjoe. Man is an adonis.
