you water signs?

im working in close contact with cancer & pisces. what's happened is the cancer has judged the pisces for cheating on there respective partner (loadsa mud slinging ect..), this has resulted in mass hysteria in the place I work in as we are a trio, I'm not the judgemental type I understand why cancer thinks its wrong , but at the same time I see great potential in the pisces my my boss has seen the tension and has recommended one needs to go, I no its a last resort but who is less likely to be pissed at moving to another area?

yep I don't want to work round crazy asses, looking star signs shizzle up is my last resort. that sounds harsh but true. who's better when it comes to the axe?

Retail Business. the cancer seems to be the one with the beef but geez the pisces is a wind-up merchant as we call it in Europe. bah I like them both. my boss is to blame he should get them both in the office and not put pressure on me, im not good at this. Pisces is a good heart though I understand the cancer point of dealings with "issues" in the workplace, shizzle ensues. crappy . I no sorry for boring you.

the Cancer should mind their own business

Both will be pissed to leave.
I would think the person with the most pressure, Pisces would be more relieved to leave.
If both are great at their job and needed, then the boss should step in and call them into a meeting and discuss the issue until they makeup and move on.
