per the usual, someone who fails to get the point. this topic was about someone outside the US asking if anyone saw the state of the union and to make comments about the speech.

what i read, and tell me if i'm wrong, is a bunch of people complaining about a speech the never saw and if they never saw it, why comment?

it's it funny how easy it is to choose a stance on something you've never even seen but you know what, you go ahead and judge me because hey, you want to make it about me instead of about the obvious. NOT ONE PERSON offered any relevant comments about the state of the union. how's that truth?

While I wouldn't compare him to the likes of King and Mandela, he is by no means a disgrace to those men. They sacrificed their lives so that black people could achieve what Obama has achieved. He's more like a dream come true for them, not a disgrace.


He won the award because of his *promise* of hope, peace and change, just like the many others who won the award. They were awarded on their promise, not so much on their achievements, because a lot of them hadn't achieved anything at the time they received their awards.

sb...did he give himself the award? your beef is and should be with the nobel prize committee.

Let me say it clearly: OBAMA IS NO CHAMPION OF PEACE. And hence didn't deserve the award Becuase that was a Nobel peace prize.

yeah, so genius, you might wanted to have started this topic months ago and focus on how the nobel prize is awarded vs on the man.
