I thought it was against Al Queda. And isn't Al Queda a terrorist group who teaches people how to be terrorists? And aren't a whole heck of a lot of terrorists currently residing in the middle east and happen to be young and male, and aren't terrorists considered "extremists" as a rule of thumb, and therefore wouldn't it be safe to say that a big part of the war in afghanistan involved capturing and/or killing muslim male extremists between the ages of 17 and 40?

lol, not quite upper middle class sinse we can hardly pay our bills and have two morgages on our friggin house and my parenst have absolutely 0 $ in retirement saavings. Extremist, yes, I may be that. Although I haven't decided what I'm extreme about.
