Boy Issues! What would you make of this?

So this boy I've known since 7th grade and I were talking for a few weeks off and on. I started to really like him thinking that we could start something.
He asked me to meet him at his house, I agreed. So the next day I got all cute lol, I was all ready to go had a friend with me (in the car driving to his house)...and I txt him if he was ready to hang, and I was Omw. He txt me saying don't come. "I'm not trying to hang out" then he asks when I'm free again. & I said idk (because I had just started school again). His reply was "okay then I'll hit you in a few months."
So I got upset that he canceled and decided to just delete his messages on FB so I could forget about him. This was in Feb& early March.
Then recently he messaged me through FB on the 10th saying "Are you still my lady?"
I laughed for a minute and, thought maybe I should test the waters again. (Thinking maybe I was too harsh and not thinking rationally since I was upset he canceled on me last minute.) So I messaged him "LOL only if you want me to be." And we talked again...and he asked "when are we going to hang?" I told him...
I am having a get together for my bday at my house. And I invited him, let him know what time.
His reply "Aw you should just come see me before then. When are you free this week."
After that I told him which is true. "My mom isn't going to let me go over your house alone. It would be better if you had someone drop you off here." (No he does not drive)
He replies with "Aw I didn't know it was like that, I'll hit you in a few months." So I asked him why we can't talk, and why he always says "I'll talk to you in a few months" but no reply.

Is he playing around? Would I be mean by ignoring him the next time? I don't get why he can't just talk to me even if we can't see eachother. Is it just me? Idk what's going on. I hate confusion!!! Lol

And we had set a day & time to hang out. The first time like two days in advance, and he waited till the hour of AFTER I text him that I was on my way that he couldn't hang out.

Sounds like he's looking for a possible quick sex situation. I would stay far away from him.

Yeah I thought it might be that, but he knows I'm not willing to have sex. I made it SUPER clear now, and super clear 7th grade lol. *Puts Vcard in safe* Maybe he thought we he could change my mind. *shrugs* but I'm certainly not giving him the time of day next time.

Oh honey, they don't care if you're "willing" or not. He's clearly trying to get some ass from you. He wants everything on his terms and doesn't want to see you otherwise. If he truly was interested, he would have been okay to see you at your birthday.

If he contacts you again, ignore his ass. He's already proved you're an option- "I'll talk to you in a few months."

What a fucking player douchelord. If he messages you again, just send him an image of a fleshlight. And then block him. Or block him now, preferably. That'll really make it CLEAR you mean business. You ain't nobody's fool.

Btw, when he cancelled before? He probably had another girl with him. Just sayin'.
