We have a long friendship history. We were instantly attracted to each other and after hanging out the first time he leaned in to kiss me then said: "just joking." Anyway, the games during our friendship were constant. He was classically unreliable as gemini is, but then when he was present he would be caring and kind and give me the impression he really did like me. One night after 9 months of friendship we were just sitting there looking at each other and we ended up kissing. Neither of us was willing to talk about feelings. I wanted to but he was so uncomfortable about it. Anyway, we ended up fooling around one night. Long story short, he left the city a month later. I didn't hear from him for a few months, then he randomly texted me one day. After this his messages became really frequent until it was every day. He was kind of acting like we were in some kind of long-distance relationship saying things like: "i miss you" "thinking about you." Then one day - boom - nothing. He stopped all communication and I took it as a sign that he was just done. It's been 7 months and guess who messages me? It's him. And he tells me he's been busy. Wtf? Like what's the point? I have been so into him and so done with him at many points throughout our friendship, but now I'm just confused. I initially responded to his messages in an angry tone and that's when he told me he's been busy. But I left his last messages without responding (it's been about 5 days with no contact). I really like this guy, a lot, but I've never been able to rely on him. I'm an aquarius which means we make a great match and it's true - we have such good chemistry. But what is going on with this guy? Does anyone have any advice?
