What if a man had Pisces Sun, Venus and Mars.

Along with an Aquarius Moon and Mercury and most of the remaining placements in Libra?

Pisces are easily swayed(hence the fish swimming in two directions) and go with the flow, even though that's not what they are going out LOOKING for sometimes circumstances arise that can be hard to resist. However a venus sign is more how someone WANTS to be loved and a MARS sign is how they love others so a pisces mars(direct action) would be more likely to cheat than a pisces venus. I dated my ex who was a pisces venus, aquarius mars(aries sun) and he was loyal to the core, we dated for 4 1/2 years and I ended up being the one who fell in love with someone else and cheating before breaking it off(I'm a leo sun, pisces MOON, virgo mars, cancer venus). I also had a booty call(or I guess I wasn't the one doing the calling, lol) who was an Aquarius sun, aqua venus and pisces mars(the opposite of my ex) who was 33 years old, had never settled down, and told me he had sex with around 35 people in his life although I don't know how loyal he was in his past relationships. Anyway that's just my experience and it totally depends on the person and other aspects/placements in their chart.

He is a Cap/Aqua cusp, Aqua Moon, Scorpio Rising, Aries Mars, and Venus Pisces.

Sometimes I just cannot figure him out! It's kind of frustrating.
