My married gf fell in love with her married coworker. They are just working together and nothing is going on but she is fading away.

Sad and crying a lot.

What should I tell her? Divorce your husband? And than what? I know exactly how she is feeling because I am wearing this shoes for years but she is innocently in love when I am not.

So any ideas?
