Here is a LIST of all the potential POSITIVE & NEGATIVE TRAITS a person can possess. My friend,whose a psychologist made this list. She told me to print the list out & circle/highlight everything that I genuinely feel I am (good AND bad traits). And when I'm done I need to 1. Tally up the #s to see if the goods outweigh the bads (or vice versa) AND 2. take careful notice of what I did NOT circle/highlight or whatever. You can also do this excerise on a partner!

I'm telling you, you'll realize alot about yourself and/or what you need to work on! TRY IT!

How we see ourselves is often NOT how others see us!

We can get so caught up in how we think we are & yet get so confused when the person we love sees something completely different in us!

The solution? DATE YOURSELF! Are you sure you're as pleasant & understanding as you claim? Are you sure others are seeing in you all the positive OR negative things in you that you only "ASSUME" they're seeing? Are you sure you're not as possessive/controlling the way others are saying you are?

I'm serious guys, read over these lists & you'll learn ALOT about yourself! You'll learn:
1. The traits (good & bad) that you DO have
2. The traits you don't have OR need to work on
3. Alot about what your partner does OR does not have
4. If others see you in the same light the same way you see yourself!

It truly works! When I 1st saw this list, I performed the excerize on myself. Later on, I handed my partner the same list & COMPARED notes. It was interesting to find that some of the things I thought I was, my partner thought I was NOT! It also gave new light into what my relationship (or myself) was missing OR could work on!

Haha! Well hey, to me it is!

And to all the rest of you, no problem loves! I know it seems kind of corny & is alot to read, BUT it def. works!

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves of the good AND bad traits we possess. When reading that list, I realized I was alot more of things than I realized or had been giving myself credit for! And it's even better when you can sit & be honest with yourself about who/what you REALLY are. It brings a new life into what you're proud of about yourself VS. what you need to continually work on. =)

Oooooh, I'm going to have to give this to someone that knows me well and ask them to do one for me!

I swear it works! You'd be surprised at how people REALLY view you, especially when you get to the BAD traits!!! Make sure you find someone who will be honest with you though
