I've made many threads in here to desribe what you are saying
Most current: If you are saved, then why do you still pray to be?
If you are still afraid of buring in hell, then you never believed
nor had faith that you were saved.

It only matters that you know your own truth
To kill yourself doesn't really mean anything since
this isn't life, this is just an experience. So
to leave this earth plane really has no worth in
universe's scheme of things. Since it doesn't
matter if you kill yourself, then it doesn't
matter if you don't kill yourself .... so you
might as well enjoy some more nuts for several
more decades, because that's something you
can't get without a body.

I haven't come to any final conclusions, I do know one thing .....
the only way to let clarity enter your mind is to change the concept
of god.
Thus far, you, and everyone else .... only recognizes god, and us.
There is the creator god, who is lessor, and then there is God,
who is the Almighty. The lessor god is evil, he created us, so this
is why people are being led astray while being told to obey the
contridictions.
He is a jealous god ... and why should he be, if he's god?

So, people have thier religions that they only have in
title and not in the actual life experience, as you've
pointed out ... but, it's not even the real god. He (it)
is the demise disguised as a saviour to keep the wool over
our eyes, so we won't have a desire to find truth.
All the christians, all the muslims, all the people of
faith of this false god .... are already burning because
they are following a false prophet ... and the earth is
surely suffering the consequences.
The rapture already happened, mate .. a long time ago.

Follow your religion. Do it, please. You will see great things when deeply submerged in your faith and will learn alooot.
Devote not just every action but every thought as well to your faith...

This personal divine experience is what empowered the religious icons such as: Jesus, Mohammad, Buddha, Scorates, Hare Krishna, Hermes, Moses, etc ..... all of them came to the earth plane to try and tell us that there is an Ultimate God, and the way to find him is through the truth.
Jesus, himself who was an ascended master came to tell us that this divine energy of truth is within us .. we heard among us .. humans then made him the god. Jesus, was not god, Jesus was a messenger incarnated here to try and get us to understand that the truth is in you ... it is gnosis, it is your own experience that is your own truth.
There is a false god who created us, and he is within himself, evil. Therefore we were given a divine spark within us ... so we may find our way to the truth. We have to block out the ego, and tune into our consciousness ... we must realize that we have a divine spark within us, just as Jesus said, it is within you. However, we didn't understand that, and the reason we didn't is because the lessor god, the false creator, keeps the truth of our destiny from us ....this false god makes us think we are tied to the physical world, and he's quite successful in it by means of providing us pleasures of the physical, and cannot see what is past it, and he makes us think that we are bound to rely on his mercy for telling us that these physical pleasures are wrong. It's all a trick ... this false god knows the truth in which he won't reveal to us because he wants us to obey only him, he is a jealous and angry god ... he knows that this very attachment to the physical realm in which he makes us believe is what hinders us in understanding and experiencing gnosis. When we die, if we have not obtained the gnosis (the knowledge), the truth that through our experience of the divine, then we will be reincarnated again and again, until we understand that we are spiritual beings already, all we have to do is experience.

I have heard Atheists use the term before but I hadn't really researched it in much depth to truly know.
After reading that I think I am more confused.

There is a Native American belief that the creator is too vast to be grasped by our human minds. The only parts of the creator that we can comprehend are those that are in our immediate reality, so great reverence is shown to nature and spirits as the parts of the whole that are a step closer to the unknowable creator. That culture is fine with "the mystery". Why isn't our culture? It really is ok not to know.
I don't know what science is, but for me it is the attempt to answer questions about unknown items through various modifications and tests performed against any of the given existing facts.
