Confused!!!

I called things off with my Sagittarius man...I am a Capricorn. My mom likes my ex a lot and was upset that we are not talking anymore and took it upon herself to find out why. After he gave his reason he told her he was going to call me, but I never heard from him til three days later. When he called he ask me to setup reservation for me, him and my mom to go out to eat. What would be the reason he would want to meet with us both?

Maybe a last meeting, to lay it all out. No harm, no foul. Still keep things good between everyone.

he's bringing your mom along because it obvious she doesnt believe a word coming out of your mouth and she's nosey AF.

So he's bringing all parties along so there's no more of this stupid telephone game.
