The other day I was in this class where we had to pick four things that were the most important to us. There was a list you picked from but slowly as the class went on the teacher made

lose one until you had to pick absolutely one. The last one I ended up with Freedom.


I realized that is the most important thing to me. And I realized so many times I would drop that to make other people happy. I think as a Sag, I wanna be able to live my life the way I

want ( not selfishly where I think I'm the most important thing but expressively ) I care about others deeply and respect them and their right to whatever they wish but I hardly find that

returned.


Which really hurts. I don't care if I end up with a man or woman but I just want to end up with someone who doesn't try to change me and vice versa.



I believe True Love is without expectation.

Pay attention to your boundaries and protect them. You can be flexible and still hold onto your boundaries. Within those boundaries, in your personal space (be that physical, mental or metaphysical), you're totally free. Everything outside of those boundaries is also free. You have control over what's inside, and you have no control over what's outside.

If you feel like you're losing your freedom, then you need to check your boundaries and if you're either giving away your freedom or if you're allowing another person disrespect your boundaries. Nobody can go through those boundaries without your permission (well physically they can, but that's an assault).

Even true love doesn't create those boundaries for you, you have to hold onto them yourself. Only then can you truly enjoy interaction with others.

I'm sorry people can't let you live the way you want to. I hope you find that someone who accepts you for who you are.

i would love to jump on this freedom loving bandwagon but truth be told, my love has limits, expectations, and is not unconditional.

i dont want a mate who values his freedom above all else, nor do i want to present myself to my mate in that way.

love comes with duties.

^ Well I don't think love is a bushiness transaction like that. I give you 10 hugs than you owe me 10 kisses.

It's really hard for people to let go of control. I get that. It's scary. But it's also really empowering in a positive way if you can try.

And it doesn't mean letting someone walk all over you or vice versa. It means when you do stand up for yourself do it from a loving place and not a hateful. You concentrate on thinking about yourself, I concrete on thing of myself that way I will know who you are, you will know who I am and I can love you for who you are and you can love me for who I am. Boundaries are respected as part of loving them. And see when you try and change all that you lose the power.
