In my past relationships; yes. I found that relationships seemed to take a lot out of me, and I always worried about loosing myself. However my current relationship doesn't require any "work" so to speak, everything is easy and natural- so it's made me much less cynical πŸ™‚

Really? Explain this, boom boom!

Please.

Cap women often get complacent when things are "too stable" or going "too well" in their relationship, its a cardinal problem..they feel the guy is "conquered" already so the challenge for them is over (cardinal signs BREATH challenge) then they feel their job is pretty much done and enter into a state of emotional inertia, which is in stark contrast to how energetic and "cardinal" they act during the initial stages of a relationship, Cancerians also display this same type of behaviour Ive noticed. I might be wrong though and this could be just human nature πŸ˜›

Thanks for that interesting perspective!

I don't know that it's about challenge for me, but I do tend to get bored when things slow down, I feel like there should always be something new and fresh about the relationship, I hate when it feels stale or dead. I hate auto pilot.

Then I get to thinking that it starts to feel like work. And then I start wondering if the work is worth it. 99% of the time I will decide its not.

I feel very conflicted all the time. When I'm single and dating I feel like I'm having too much fun, and I should settle down because its the right thing to do, but then when I am in a relationship, I start to feel pinned down.

Literally nothing has changed to make me feel that way though. The scorp said last night, "you're so full of contradictions I can't keep up." I was thinking, "welcome to my world." Lol

@cheeky- that is so interesting because my Capricorn Venus is at 29.50, which is square my Scorpio moon. I asked once why it was square and dazed told me it was because it was practically in Aquarius so maybe I should start following that description instead.

Ahhh...I think the exact same thing. "I should settle down...that's what mature people do" then I think about the responsibility and expectations involved with "settling down" and it sounds like hell. I will settle down when I'm dead.

Love this! Lol. I always say, "I don't want to be like dead people!"
I lived like that for a long time and I won't go back there.

In my present relationship, I get that feeling sometimes. It's bloody difficult dealing with his "watery" behaviour/attitude sometimes. More than once I have reflected just how much work this one takes.
I reflect on past relationships and they were easy breezy. Of course there were bumps along the way but they really just flowed.
