Have to agree with kunoichi on this one!! I think she and I are either both on Scorp/Sag cusp or BD's are same(some connection)if I remember right. I don't say the words unless I am absolutely, positively certain that I and that 'someone' are on the same page. And usually I will wait to hear it first before I utter a sound.
It's easy just say it. I say it all the time. I LOVE YOU! I LOVE YOU! LOVE YOU! See not that hard. But then again I'm sort of a freak. I love you guys.
NEVER TELL A GUY YOU LOVE HIM FIRST! Doesn't matter what sign you are! I'm a Sag and I would never tell I guy I love him first. He would have to tell me first before I would ever say it and I would only say it if I ment it!
