How many of you SAGs have Virgo friends?? Does any of the following ring true for you...
Virgo and Sagittarius have unique approaches to life; Virgo is more practical and less distracted, while Sagittarius is the energetic explorer. It can be hard for Sagittarius to go along with the pragmatic realism of Virgo. Virgo may have a hard time accepting the Sagittarian energy. Virgo can offer Sagittarius a secure base and keep them on track with their dreams and ambitions. Sagittarius can add variety and new excitement to Virgo's day.
Virgo is ruled by Mercury and Sagittarius is ruled by Jupiter. Mercury is about communication, and from Virgo's perspective, analyzing. Jupiter is philosophy, higher learning and travel. These two are about interpersonal communication and can sustain one another. Virgo and Sagittarius can amuse each other by discussing a film or a book in great depth, Virgo focusing on the particulars and Sagittarius commenting on the overall picture.
Virgo is an Earth Sign and Sagittarius is a Fire Sign. Sagittarius wants freedom, while Virgo needs financial strength and domestic stability. Sagittarius is motivated by pure feeling, while Virgo is more of a thinker. As long as they reassure each other that their love for one another is solid and real, their discords can usually be resolved.
Virgo and Sagittarius are both Mutable Signs. They can be spread themselves out over many different tasks, if necessary. It's easy for these two to become interested in the things that the other does. Each has no trouble granting the other the freedom to enjoy things external to the relationship. They have a wonderful, complimentary style of interaction and have no trouble working together.
My very best friend since 1st Grade is a Cancer Guy, but the friendship I've developed with a SAG Guy at work over the past few years is just about as close...
Literally ALL Virgos I know (myself too, to a much lesser extent thank the Gods) are nervous worriers to the point of suffering psychosomatically. They take things far too personally and are obsessed with all the minute details noone else sees or cares about.
One of my work colleagues is exactly like that. I will ask her a simple question demanding no more than a 1-liner answer, and will get a 10-minute answer which is either irrelevant or starting from first principles and completely missing the point by the end...She is like the Encyclopaedia Britanica, only opened at the wrong (and long!) page 🙂
Compare and contrast with Sags (many very good friends, plus the girl I am after currently): They are bored stiff and lose concentration on what the average Virgo is saying after about 2-3 minutes. This is good, as it forces the Virgo person to either:
a) Give up and throw a strop, accussing the poor Sag of irresponsibility; or
b) Learn the valuable life skill of saying in 10 words what they had hitherto been saying in 100...i.e. being concise and to the point! This newfound skill will be appreciated socially and professionaly, and is something I have yet to master.
The mature, evolved Virgo will adapt and take this as a challenge to better himself/herself. The lazy and immature one will of course give up.
This is why I believe that Virgos and Sags are so wonderfuly complementary!
I love their childish eyes and the way they are always looking for their keys, passport...mind 😉
I love the way that you can joke with them openly and without hang-ups, and you always know that they will not take it seriously in the end or keep it inside and explode with worry after 40 years...
As for Sags not taking on responsibility...that could not be further from the truth in my experience! They can take the whole world on their shoulders and will never refuse to help a friend or relative. The difference with others is that they do it hapily, with a big smile on the face and without advertising it to everyone. Unlike the majority of people, they will not come back to you after X years and ask for payback. They genuinely help because they want to, and do not use this for emotional manipulation. If anything, they should learn to say No sometimes because they can be TOO good!
My two 0.02 Euro 😉
By the way, I am sure I could have written all the above in 1/10 of the space hahaha.
I haven't had any romantic encounters with virgo guys, but I have two close friends that are virgos. I can talk about anything with them. And the virgos I meet, I really get along with them. I guess virgos are our allies =D
VirgoC: "They genuinely help because they want to, and do not use this for emotional manipulation. If anything, they should learn to say No sometimes because they can be TOO good!"
That's been my experience, too. Virgo Pal can help Sag Pal by pointing out when they're getting taken advantage of, or step in and say No! when Sag won't...
VirgoC....I'm a virgo and I have tested the compatibility with a Sagittarius in bed and it's amazing! Completely compatible, insatiable and equally satisfying in every way!!!!! Stamina is good too!
on the bank holiday weekend aug 27th, it was my birthday and i met this girl (Sag) we hit it off and hung out for a couple of days but unfortunatly i had to go back to my hometown of Hull in the UK, she was from manchester, but we have kept in touch since
Hi! I was hoping if someone could tell me more about this combination. They seem a little contracdictory to me. What I am hoping that if someone can answer me in if a male with this combination would have issue in commintting or being faithful. Thanks
A very warm hello to everyone in this forum! I am a Virgo male and I have been wondering whether Virgo male and Sag female can make an 'astrologically' successful couple. I have a good friend who is a Sag, and we have many similarities...but I can also se
