What is happening??

I met a cap last year but it didn't work out and I thought to myself that's it never again with anyone, he kinda hurt me. Fast forward to just under a year later and omg what an emotional rollercoaster I've been riding for the past two weeks. A guy at work (who I've known for 9 months and gotten on with amazingly well with) and I have got together. How it happened I don't know, we didn't even flirt for the best part of those 9 months, we flirted for two days and bang found ourselves in the middle of a very, very intense love affair.

He is absolutely awesome and I never imagined in my wildest dreams how sweet and romantic he is. He told me he loved me after our first outing, I thought phew calm down boy but went with it. That was the saturday, the whole next week at work was very deep and intense. I couldn't see him this weekend, we both had other things on (he is married and I'm living with someone) so that was fine. I got an email on the sat afternoon saying he loved me etc but then he said in his heart he knows I love him more than he loves me. I was quite shocked with that and we've been rowing and making up all weekend over all that opened up. He was the one that started the intensity to start with. Tonight he is apologising over and over saying he does love me just didn't realise how much etc etc. It's very disconcerting. He said he falls in love too easily without thinking which yeah I can see. He doesn't love his wife and I don't love my partner.

I don't know where this is going to go but can someone give me some insight into our charts— Help me understand him more. He is very special to me. BTW he is 52 and I'm 41, we're worse than a pair of teenagers.
