Have you ever checked out the history of aviation?

isnt it fascinating, to think we had decent commercial planes in the 30's...like really not half bad....speeds up to 200mph, capable of flying over great distances....India, and late 30's china and australia...took quite a few stops though...22 to Australia, over 11 days.


And to think Cairo was a popular transit place...its all over now, planes go directly wh were they need to go.

And they had zeppelins....how mad is that? Do you imagine booking a zeppelin to anywhere...lighten-than-air -crafts...it cost nothing to just float in the air...


And the way things are going, we will soon have commercial space travel, and regular air travel will be so much faster, London-Syndey will take 2 hours...and it will be so much safer too...
