I spent 30 minutes explaining to my mom -over the phone- how to attach a document to an email. I love her, I really do, but I wanted to bang my head against a wall. I'm not the most patient person in the world, but I tried. I'm sure she could tell that I was irritated though. This isn't the first time that she's asked for my help and it certainly won't be the last. I was thinking of giving her some basic lessons when I go on holiday. I don't even know where to start though. She can't even send an email. Does anyone else have technology illiterate parents? Any tips on how I can help my mom and still keep my sanity?
