Yeah have thought about excercise too...My mind is soooooooooo restless...I don't think meditating will help..I am too impatient..I want to be like DB...chilled..

Excercise and if you don't like meditating there's a focus and concentration cd from the Robert Monroe Institute that is great. It helped me finish writing my thesis. I thought I'd never manage, but I did. It's called "concentration". They have others, but let me know if you're interested, maybe I could send you a mp3.
Find someone to hit you in the head with a nobby stick!Then you'll get your concentration back....course maybe not on work however😢
