I settled down for a little while, but soon my restlessness caught up with me and I start getting bored and restless again. I destroy loving relationships, I hurt those that love me and I have to go into a week sabatical to control myself again.

I always know that there is something out there and I am going to miss out on something. I'm always craving more. Always looking for the bigger, better experience. Never completely happy with what is.

Lately that restlessness is more stronger than ever. its cliche' but I feel I am seeking something I cant fathom

I understand this drive more than you know! It's completely annoying and kinda saddening. It just feels like I'm ungrateful and I'm just looking for the next big adventure in life and I just can't seem to stay happy with what I have. It sucks.

... and my mum said to me that people shouldn't be looking for someone else to entertain their boredom...

THIS. RIGHT. HERE.

If people have something to be passionate about in there lives, they wouldn't be "bored" because in the long run they're just using that person to amuse yourself to a certain degree until the novelty wears off. That's when they create drama...

EXACTLY.

you must have your own interests and be PASSIONATE about it. My husband hates to cater/entertain me and i hate to entertain him! we're not together to entertain eachother, but to be together through the highs and lows. but we have our own passionate interests, and it works wonderfully. If that passion is working out and getting fit, then fine.

My husband's cousin is also a scorpio sun, although he's a sagittarius venus with leo mars. He is a professional athlete and is gone at least MONTHS away from his family. He is passionate about his sports/work. Even working out because it has to do with his career. His wife is stay at home but she has other interests! If she's gonna marry a man who is away ALOT, she better have her own passionate interests or NOT marry at all. What's the fucking point?? Just stay single and be entertained by whoever.
