controlling Scorp....

Ever feel like your completely out if control if your nit controlling a situation? Sometimes its my way or the hwy & I openly admit its not always the best way...shhhhh
Im bumping heads with my man because of it....I try compromise, I do
I know its not fair but seems to be an addicting trait of mine!
Im so very good natured, always smiling, always giving but when it comes to sharing control I become stingy! If & when I dont get my way I've been known to almost pout or become moody.....a trait I must say, am not at all proud of. I seemed to be challenged most by a crab....is this their way too?! Are you challened wuth such trivial things too? Are you too stubborn to give in? I can be! Even if its just to prove a point! This....both a weakness & a strength....is this you?

i'm a self-confessed control freak and consequently, i have had relationships with controlling men...like attracting like and all that, although not any more cos these days, i am woman..hear me roar!

it's mostly with organisational things. i like to know exactly when, where and what is happening, what time kick off is, what the dress code is, what the food's gonna be like, who else is going, what they're wearing, do we take a gift and if so what gift, do we take booze and if so what booze...blah, blah, blah. i like to plan things like military operations. synchronised watches and all that. i think it's probably my virgo rising...the party pooper in me.

i get upset if stuff doesn't go according to plan and that can be something as small as having chosen the wrong shoes for an occasion. it makes me feel like i've turned up in fancy dress at a non-fancy dress party. inappropriate. yuk. anal and ridiculous too. my fort?.

i also don't like it when a guy drives my car..you know the way they do pretending that they are being chivalrous when actually, they're crapping themselves cos you're a woman. sure, they're right to crap themselves the way i drive but i just can't sit in the passenger seat when it's my car without flinching and cringing in my seat like we're totally out of control...NOOOO YOU'RE GOING TOO FAST! INDICATE GODDAMN YOU!!! i have been known to grab the steering wheel whilst in the passenger seat cos they're NOT DOING IT RIGHT!!

jeeeeeeeez...no wonder i'm single!!

If I could add my 2 cents, I am currently "on the wings" of dating a scorpio guy. We have been "on-off" since 7 years, not ready to let each other go, not open to dating anyone else, but still wanting space from each other. Anywho, this guy...yeah, very much controlling, right down to the minute details. When and where should we meet, what will we eat, what movie to see, what do we do after the "date" is over..do we lurk around making out someplace or head home...you get the general picture. After a lot of my arian resistance showing through and things getting ugly, I've just learnt to let it go. Both him and me have libra moon, we love peace and tranquility. You put both of us in a tight spot, we are out of there!

missscorps: i am EXACTLY the same about being late but going mental if someone is late for me!! i HATE that cos my rage about it starts building literally seconds after the time they're supposed to be there and by the time they arrive, i'm just about ready to walk off with the hump! i was brought up to believe that punctuality was a sign of respect...i'm usually late for work but rarely for anything else and if i am, i call ahead to say i'm delayed cos it's really rude not to.

don't matter about work though, lol. they're lucky to have me!

hhahah! reminds me of a boss i once had who banned wearing knitwear in the office...no jumpers, cardis or anything remotely wooly. i asked him if he had been traumatised by a sweater when he was little. funnily enough, he didn't find it amusing.

Rigo....so me, a scorp thing? Ummm maybe? Whats good for the scorp is NOT good for all the other signs! Im late to everything I attend, people sometimes tell me a function starts earlier than it actually does & I show up right on time. I cant stand it when im the one waiting, so not fair 😉
Luna, that part simple! Sometimes when im not in control I feel so out of control, I know im out of control when it pertains to this(head hanging low)😉 I personally (secretly)link it to the only child syndrome & getting my way. I realize im not 5 anymore & am working on acting that way when I dont get my way (smh!) Its something I recognize & s l o w l y working on!
