What do you know about the 12th house? Discuss that. I need information and I have been stalking the boards looking for answers today...

I know that the 12th house comes after the 11th house.
The 12th house is twice as many houses as the 6th house.
The 12th house is four times as many houses as the 3rd house.

Those petty arguments aside, the 12th house is called the house of the unconscious.
It's called that for a reason. I wouldn't know, for sure, but that's what it's called.
You see, consciousness is like a stuffy nose - I know this because when I say the word "consciousness", itself,
it sounds like I have a stuffy nose. Same goes for the cosmos. Did you know that when using a high speed camera
on someone who is sneezing, it looks like the expanding cosmos?

Oh yes.... What would happen to you if you inhaled enough Laughing Gas (Nitrous Oxide) and Helium?

You're the one who gets blamed when catastrophe strikes and maintenance is suspect?

All I do is schedule maintenance on the aircraft every night. Can't blame me for suspect maintenance. I have also worked as a mechanic, but for general aviation, meaning smaller aircraft.

Good for you, Koni.

Just wanna understand it is all..

I think that understanding the 12th house is like trying to understand the universe. Well, for me, it involves more than just the subconscious, secrets, all things hidden and mystical. It also represents the unconscious and the true path of the soul for me.

Good luck with your studies though. If you feel inclined to share, I would be happy to read what you find.

"Pluto in House XII

With Pluto in the 12th House, you may be a saint or a devil. The most mysterious planet of the Zodiac is in the house of mysticism, ordeals, and the hereafter. It heralds quite an extraordinary programme, with an exceptional sensitivity. When it is expressed negatively, this configuration brings about an interest in ghoulish topics, and the practice of some sort of paradoxical sexuality. It may also give a propensity to see ghost enemies. When it is expressed positively, it prompts you to attribute a transcendental value to your actions, your thoughts, and your life."

Pluto in 12th House

*You have a deep interest in secrets, the underworld or unconscious, and anything hidden and mysterious. Psychoanalysis, investigating your dreams, and other methods of uncovering secrets are very interesting to you. You may be exceptionally perceptive intuitively or psychically. Your emotions and subconscious energies are complex, and periodic transformations and personal crises are sprinkled liberally throughout your lifetime.

#Death has played a large part in creating doubt about your abilities. Use private time to examine your present knowledge and skills, and you may find that confidence replaces doubt. You need the quiet moments to build your power.

^Since you have Pluto in your 12th House you may be tempted to repress your emotions, particularly those which have to do with those deep needs which spring from the shadowy side of yourself. You may even have problems with depression or addictive behaviors which create a kind of emotional trap until you learn to delve into the depths of your being and clean out the ghosts and dragons from your past which still haunt your dreams. Old resentments can also act like a potion which poisons your imagination and undermines your ability to trust your inner self. Once you've conquered your own demons, you may feel driven to help others confront their own, and can become an extremely effective healer.

Venus in the 12th house

Your most dangerous but common path is to fall for the unavailable partner. This is the person who for some reason wants you to be in a relationship with them where you are taken advantage of through the relationship being secret. ??This secret affair can go on for years and then when the other person is done with you, they publicly date and marry someone else! ?? In some cases they are publicly dating/married to someone else WHILE they are secretly sleeping with you.

Be certain that you are not, in some way, punishing yourself because you don't feel worthy of an equal and public relationship.
You ARE worthy of a public and equal relationship and you must tell yourself that every day and make sure others know it!

The threat of love addiction threatens here, as well as a possible uncontrollable indulgence in all of life's pleasures. Venus in the 12th House may view themselves as somewhat inaccessible in love, and feel the plexiglass effect when it comes to developing relationships. There is a profound longing for intimacy with the divine here; and as the 12th House washes away the ego, the spirit and heart of Venus remain pumping, circulating the universal love through the cosmic bloodstream.??

I just want to eat babies and kill whales right now??_my job is driving batty. argghhh

Frustration mixed with anger, which I suspect are caused by intense mental and/or emotional stress induced by:
a) endless sting of acts of stupidity of coworkers/business partners and/or clientele
b) endless management "politics" (ie, making things harder than necessary - usually due to management's experimental tinkering with business operations)
c) unwanted attention from any one or more business associates or clientele
d) internal/external influences not associated with the job, but can/do interfere/block with job/task performance.
e) Hormonal time of the month
f) A build-up of any and all the above, climaxing into this moment of intense "argghhh".

Moments when venting is absolutely necessary to relieve the pressure. Mmf, rugged moments, they are.

I am reminded of my past experiences with job stresses and moments.
In reflection, two films just came to mind. "What About Bob" which is about how a psychiatric drove the psychiatrist crazy and "Anger Management" which is how a counselor drove a patient crazy.
The irony that society can come to view insanity as something to laugh at. Just so long as the audience perceive themselves as not going "insane".

Imagining a fusion of the two films and I see a marriage of counter-insanities. The which, the audience enters the
theater reasonably "sane" but leaves almost certainly disturbed if not insane. - it would have to be at least be a
carefully crafted trilogy in order for it to work. So well written, performed and marketed that viewers really
do come away with a different point of view.

Sigh.... the worst part of the question "Oh God, Why?", is when one feels sorely alone in the dilemma.
What makes it worse is when the job, itself is on the line in an age of economic uncertainty.

What to do, eh?

😆 All of the above AND I am currently working on a project I have affectionately entitle: The Never-Ending Fukking Project.

Interesting.
The "NEFP" sounds like a story about how the Gov., Media, Entertainment Industry, Education, and Employment are
all playing head games with the people and are the source of the problem and solution providers and the people
applaud that which drives them mad.

Am I close? or.... "Not even remotely"

uhhh sniff, sniff... ummm have you been drinkin'?

It's ok, I've always wanted to conduct an experiment and drink and text while chatting on here.
Get reasonably wasted and come back to see what I said when sobered up.
