This seems to be a no-brainer, however i just don't feel right about it and i'm worried that i'm making a big mistake.
I've been in my current post for 8 years it hasn't always been the happiest of places, but i love the work that i do and the service users i work with are amazing.
I applied for a job at a time, where everything in my current job was going wrong, never thinking i'd get any further...but i did and they offered me the post.

Money is amazing (??80000+), but there is something that keeping me drawn to my current job. i have very little time to make a decision.

is it my Libra moon that's having difficulty?

You better make that decision fast because mercury is going retrograde from 18 May - 11 Jun.

Unless mercury is retrograde in your natal chart, do not, and I repeat DO NOT sign any contracts during this period.

You will have made a mistake for sure, e.g. could have got more money elsewhere, didn't read the small print, job not what you thought it would be, etc.

Given your gut feeling (and if mercury is not retrograde in your birth chart) I would say, let the job go and look again after 11 Jun.

whoa 8 years. it is beyond overdue that you go somewhere else and expand on your knowledge and skills. There is no such thing as loyalty when it comes to work. Obviously you shouldn't be job hopping every 6months-1 year but once you have learned a lot and you are not moving up it is time to change scenes...

Most of the time you will get paid better changing companies than getting a raise.

Libra moon is a cardinal sign which is the reason you looked for another job. There's no room for sentimentality when it comes to your career. If you think the other opportunity will pay you more, has growing potential, and new learning experience... you should do it. It's not personal; it's business.
