Agree with the poster who said "If she's spending time with you, she likes you -- we are not social butterflies." My guess is that the man she's with is not giving her enough affection or sex to make it a long-term thing -- but we Scorps are usually pretty loyal and hang on till the end.
Scorp females are like guys in that we are usually sexually interested in our friends of the opposite sex -- so the Scorp/Virgo spark is definitely there.
A worry: between her real boyfriend and you, how is she finding time for work/career which we girl Scorps usually take seriously? If she's a flakey immature Scorp, that's okay, I guess, as long as you are willing to hang in there for the agonizing inner changes we have to go through to get our shit together! She is very loyal to her boyfriend, which I really respect, but at the same time the tension frustrates the hell out of me, cos once I erupt I will be a volcano hahaha, she takes her work very seriously, she is ambitious & I like that about her, she is successful.

as I have been in the dating/friendship/courting process with a sublime Scorpio girl... who has got me in her spell.
