How slow do scorpio men like to take things?

From first meeting a woman? Do they generally know immediately if they are attracted to that woman?

I'm not a Scorp....lol. I had a convo with a friend; my cousins bf. And he said that he wouldn't speak to a woman or give her the time of day unless she moved him three ways, intellectually, sexually and emotionally. The looks is icing on the cake as we said. So I believe that means, that yes, he has to be attracted, but in his case, it was more then that for him to take a woman seriously. One couldn't be missing from the other, if it did he wouldn't waste his time.
