Im pissed....

and thats not a good thing. The person I was dating and I just broke up. And we work together. Started off as friends, but led to something more. I wont get into the sordid details, who cares. Whats bothering me is that I feel wronged. I am hurt. I still like him, and never wanted it to be this way. And now I have to work with him.

Heres the question. And believe me, I know what the answers are going to be. I just need some reminding.

Sorry this happened to you. I have a friend going through something similar. He is now dating someone else and is constantly bringing her around the office. You don't want to go through that so polish up the resume and start applying elsewhere.

I've never dated anyone at work (although the selection was poor anyway; I've mostly worked with only other women) - but I never would...and this is why.

agree w/ goodjuju.....take the high road at work, focus on your job, take up a project and keep busy. if he decides to act like an a**hole, that's on him, not you. just shrug and keep tuning your energy into something positive and productive at work and who knows, you may even get promoted, hehe.

and most of all, you learned your lesson - right??
