Is this normal scorpio behavior or should I break up w/ him?
I guess it's "normal" for an unevolved scorpio. My ex does the same, and I really do think he does it when he feels his emotions are getting too deep. He seems to be so afraid of getting hurt and losing me that he creates it. I'm not sure if that sounds accurate for your situation, but I think we know deep down whether or not someone's love is real or not.
In my experience, Scorpios don't communicat well, but my advice is to address it and tell him it is wearing on you. Ask him if there's anything you can do to help him not do it again.

In my opinion, it doesn't matter whether or not a specific set of behaviors is "normal," what matters is your understanding of them and then your willingness to live with them.

I understand that, because actions speak louder than words. The problem is their actions don't always match what they really feel. :/. I'm interested to hear about what happens after you talk to him.
Tell him how you feel. That you feel like he withdraws too much & it makes you feel uncomfortable.
I say if you can't handle it then leave..if you have the patience then work it out. I been here and it's frustrating..my boyfriend waited 7 years to get like this..lmao...but this is the behavior they show when they can't deal with there emotions. Not in all cases it could be something else but on the emotion...I think you have these ones that can't deal with there feels.

My problem (Im a gemini woman), he doesnt really communicate with me. I need to hear of my boyfriend frequently or I freak out and get nervous.
