Leaders of Genocides in the 21st Century...

This list entails some of the worst genocides of the 21st century, some of which deaths amounted in the 78 millions (Mao Ze-Dong), 23 millions (Stalin), 12 millions (Hitler), to 800,000 (Jean Kambanda) of the Rwanda genocide. All are a cause of conflicts such as: religious, political, or cultural beliefs. These genocides are an estimated of number of people killed by the orders of the leader, but however, do not reflect the indirect number of gross deaths from such: hunger, civilians.

I'm really surprised that Libras came out on top most frequently. A sign that is supposed to be all about balance and justice being the most discriminant killers... eck. The contradiction.

I have a couple of theories, Libras tend to follow the path of law, you see a lot of Libra politicians (I know a couple myself), and that may be the cause of it all--conflict in political beliefs.

A second theory is that because Libras are big idealists, therefore, it may cause intolerance... Thus, they seek perfection by illusions of their own ideologies.

I think all you said is generally true. But in reality, I think they flip-flop for a very long time, get frustrated, and then take their frustrations out on everyone around them. Libras are generally pretty stupid people when it comes to making good decisions. They are idealistic, indeed, but they have a hard time with follow-through. So I can see when they are put in a leading position that they would just become intolerantly retarded.

That is based on personal experience.

The Libra assassins thing is actually something my mother told me once. She's into astrology.

20th Century, correct. The list is supposed to be a summary of infamous genocides up to the 21st century, but many of them (21st century genocides) didn't reach body count of >100,000 so I left those names out.

I should do a comparative on infamous killers. That should be interesting.
