I'm just in the process of changing seasons. From winter to spring, for me. Letting go of the past, and I'm looking forward to the future! I feel something good is on the way and I'm excited, but also a little skiddish.

It's very hard for me to let something go, especially realtionships that no longer are working. I think starting today, I am going to discard one item that I don't actually need anymore! I do hold on to too much sentimental stuff! I'm buried alive, so to speak, in it!

The Frost poem was just what I am feeling at the moment. I need to get back in the garden and plant a new one.
Time to pull up all the old dead flowers, cut out the dead wood, turn over the soil and clean up from the previous seasons. It will be a spectacular new garden and I will make sure to take care of it so it is healthy and perinnial!!!

Hi Susan

Have read your poem in the post and it bought tears to my eyes - I too am letting go in a way, but mine is letting go of the past and people in the past have a say in my life so that I can move on - have done something about moving on too but think I left it much to late - anyway Susan your not alone, at the moment everyone seems to be wanting and willing to move forward, to get rid off the deadwood but like you we all are finding it very hard. I hope one day you find your gold real true gold and remember real gold never tarnishs! Good Luck and God Bless

Amen! to you all, I'm assuming we're all scorpios..... See my latest post... Confused - update..... we all seem to be moving through this phase at the same time, and yes it is bittersweet, but the light on the horizon is beckoning with a new tomorrow... and I'm finally ready to embrace it, as you all seem to be too.

Good luck to us all = be stong and courageous and never give up the good fight!

204.167,

Hey!!

Do you know that when I posted that Robert Frost poem I was thinking of you, for real!!! I don't know, maybe I have made a connection with you! Your troubles are not that different from mine!

I am glad you are getting stronger. I hope we all get to a place in our lives where we are happy and loved for being great women and appreciated and given back the same amount of love that we offer, which would be HUGE!

I remember when you first came on here, and you were going by the name of Laura Thomas. I also saw your pic, and I really never understood why someone like yourself would settle for anything but the best. You deserve it!!!

Laura, stay close to the Lord and he will to you, and let's all keep up the good fight. Good times are coming our way; I can feel it in the air!

Myztikal,

Thank you for the nice compliment, I'll take it and all I can get.

As far as my age goes, I will tell somewhere between leaving the womb and planted in the ground! hehehe

It's nice having you around too!

Heather & Star,

Thanks! This is one place I know I can always cut loose and have a laugh or share a story or listen to good advice from you both!!

145,

I did not forget you, how could I forget your story; it was like a page from my own book!!

I hope everything works out the way you want it to. If it does, then I too will truly be inspired to move forward.

Deep down inside, I know what I have to do. Sometimes it like coaxing a timid animal to come to you. They haven't learned to trust anything yet. You have to spend lots of time with and and earn it.

Old Indian saying "when we fall on our faces, we are still moving forward"
