People's initial reaction

Hi! How do people react if they found out that you are a Scorpio? Because for me, when they found out that I am a Scorpio they would usually say: "You're a Scorpio?! So, that means you're horny!" LOL..

Depends on if it's a man or woman...you seem to be quite different from each other.

Man=watch out for this one
Woman=fierce

When people ask me my sign I look at them and say take a guess? They don't get it right so I smile very proudly and say "I am a Scropio" smile and wait for the shock look.

When I met my Gem, I asked him his birthday andwhen he told me I said "You a Gemini, you two people" and started smiling 🙂 then he said what's your sign and I said Scorpio very proudly and he look and said oh ok.....right then I knew he no clue what he was getting himself into...hahahah

Scorpio women whoa, sometimes I ask them not to sting me before I give them advice LOL seriously, kind of help prepare her to hear something she may not like.....Fortunately I know there are really cool Scorpio women like Scorp Chic and a few others here on DXP

Honestly I hate to say this but I worked for a Scorpio female and didn't like it, I actually keep my distance from Scorpio women if I know beforehand she's a scorpio, too much drama and bullshit that comes with friendship with female scorps...I don't mean to generalize, I'm sure there are cool female scorps, i do give people chances but Scorpio reputation surpasses the individual....

LOL I understand what you mean Hairitic, I'm not saying I won't give that person a chance but I find that I would much rather not know a Scorpio than know one, too much drama...It's bad when a whole sign is generalized as bad, maybe I'm being ignorant, I'm not perfect but unless a Scorpio proves to be unlike the descriptions I usually pass...There have been Scorpio's on the DXP board that steer away from drama like SC and a few others...SC is funny as all hell, keeps me giggling, love her personality but she is RARE. The scorps I run into want to sting and fight, I get annoyed and bored with that kind of behavior.

It's hard to explain exactly what this sting is, it's more than just saying fuck off that's just part of it, it's an attitude, a look coupled with harsh words that may or may not be true but one thing I do know is when I feel it that's for sure LOL

people are so quick to judge because of your zodiac signs...but i don't care about it! just i want to them to know me as i am and not by my zodiac sign. anyway, still proud that i am a scorpion...the most misunderstood sign in the zodiac as what most astrologers say.

hmm, when they react they usely say something like "OOooooo you got a sting!!!! i better watch out for you" i then say dosen't everyone?

Not every sign has a sting, Gemini's, Aqua's there are signs that aren't so guarded and ready to do battle, there are more social signs that aren't so fist-a-cuffs around people, I have been around Scorp's and although they know how to have fun they will sting your ass in a hot second....fun over LOL

I keep my distance as well tiki. Every time I find out someone is a scorpio I try to ge the bad taste out of my mouth.


Some instance I've been surprised, by guys that I've known for some time who aren't typical scorpio in demeanor.

But yea, I don't know too many people who are even into astrology. So very few I know even care that I'm a Scorp, lol. On several occasions, strangers or associates have been surprised to find that I am a Scorp. I've been told that I seem more like a Leo, Libra, or Pisces (unfortunately, 😛)

LOL my gemini 'friend' always tells people that about me.. those exact words basically. It makes me so mad! it's already difficult enough to get people to trust nowadays. She even said that to this guy I was interested in... I wanted to smack the taste out of her mouth when she said that to him.

My Gemini "sister" does that too. She says things she shouldn't, and as kids if she noticed that me or any of my friends were interested in a guy we just met... she was flirting with him and at times would just grab him and kiss him upon meeting him for not more than 30 minutes. Not saying all gems are like this, but she's pretty bad. Let me not continue about her though because if you haven't noticed I'm really annoyed at her, and will just go off into a rant. LOL I can relate about wanting to smack a gem in the mouth cause of their lack of a filter.

I have to say that I LOVE my Scorpio friends but I tend to back away now if I find out a man I might've been interested in is a Scorpio. I have had a few Scorpio men and they are just too possessive and jealous! Hot headed as well! My ex-husband was a Scorpio and was always trying to accuse me of cheating on him and I am like the most faithful person you can meet. I have never even cheated on my boyfriends with a kiss or chatting! The sad thing about him is that he was talking to women on the internet and I made a fake profile on myspace and starting chatting with him (I suspected it already) and he gave me his number and times he could talk (times I wouldn't be around)! I just have a bad taste in my mouth with Scorpio men unless they are just friends. I try not to let astrology stop me from getting to know someone but for some reason I am having a hard time with this particular issue....lol. Scorpio women are just awesome though and I absolutely have some fantastic long time friends with this sign!
