Scorp Girl into this Leo...confused

Ok...so I finally ditched Virgo (we just never spoke again...shocker!) I am now dating a 39 YO Single Leo (never been married but in many committed relationships, the last being 3 years ended in Feb...) Nice guy and well respected by all.

Was introduced through a friend of X-Virgo ironically. We went ona date, it went awesome. He called me the next day to set up next date. He said how about Wed.? (last night). I said fine.

He called last night from his office (caller ID) at 6:00 and said "Bad News...I have a staff meeting I just found out about at 7:30 tonight, may be one hour or maybe 2, so I wanted to let you know just in case you wanted to make other plans tonight. If not, I can call you when I'm done, if its not too late I can maybe shoot your way and we can watch a movie"

I said ok...if its not too late.

He called at 9:00pm..."I just got home from meeting, still open for that movie?" I'll leave in 10 minutes and call you when I'm in your town for complete directions" (he's never been to my house...I'm about 25 minutes away)

9:50pm..He calls "Your never going to believe what happened, I was halfway there and left my phone in my car and had to come back...I'm back at home now"

I said it was way too late and we'll have to plan another time. He asked me out for Thursday (tonight) told him I had plans. He said "Damn, and I am leaving for Toronto Fri-Sunday...I am really sad about tonight, I'm tempted to hop in my car right now..."

I said "Call me when you get back"
He said "Well, I call you way before then...have fun whatever you are doing tomorrow night"..

Half hour later I get a text message "I'm sorry about tonight"

I did not respond....

the whole night seemed a little fishy to me...am I being too harsh?

What are signs that he is generally interested?
And as far as pestering...how do you mean?

He has called/text message me daily and was open to see me every day this week. If I didn't have plans tonight I would jump on it!

That's a tad too generalising isn't it? The most cruel and sadistic killers tend to have bad Saturn aspect, especially with the moon. This would explain why killers don't feel any emotion when killing.

Scorpio's are the least likely to kill than most other sun or moon signs. It's the other signs that are too intimidated by scorpionic energy and then make up stories about them being murderous.

Thanks...I am really into him. He is so sweet, warm, funny, attentive, his personality is infectious. He calls when he says he is going to call (actually calls me every day~~~ hmm...especially when I go out, he tends to call at night).

He is well respected in my community and everyone has nothign but great things to say about him...unlike my ex-Virgo.
