Scorpio Colors

I was just wondering how others decorate or color their homes and bodies regarding the
"dark red" that is the Scorpio color. To tell the truth, I do not mind dark red, but am
not excited about the idea of decorating with this color. I'm looking for one or two medium-
sized objects that would enhance, but not overwhelm.
I have read that the dark red of the root chakra/Scorpio is supposed to be translucent, so
I am thinking along the lines of glass/crystal.
It actually could be significant that I am not a big fan of dark red. I have a lot of work to do
on my root chakra, and dark red "reminds me of something" that is just out of reach of my conscious
mind, but feels uncomfortable. I'd like to start incorporating it in small but meaningful
amounts and ways.
