Scorpio Women-Girls Crying

Ok, since the board is in a lull, I'll add something:

Some of you ladies know that from grade 5 through my high school years
I was best friends with three Scorpio girls. I only ever saw each cry TWICE
and two of them only did so while alone with me and nobody else saw them do it.
( No wise cracks - lol - they were not crying "because" they were alone with me. lol )

Otherwise, they were tough as nails through most things that would have
made the average girl drown in her own tears, though they could not
look me in the eyes at those times, so I knew they were "close" and
they HATED the loss of control over those emotions, but a few times
they were completely weak with me.

So ...

Ladies ... when was the last time you cried?

and

Have you gone through life, many times FEELING like you wanted to cry
but used every bit of your willpower to fight it off, to prevent the
humiliation of showing your emotions and ULTRA-sensitive heart?

and

Do you feel ok to cry when you are all alone and nobody else can see?

Yes, I've used my willpower lots of times to fight the urge to cry off. My eyes start to water and I quickly wipe it away. I hate crying and I hate anyone seeing me cry. I think most girls are probably like that though.

hhmmm sp yes I cry alone & even then it's very controlled (no snotty nosed boocooing, eekkk! but when my water flow I can't stop em it's lk I could have past it completely then the dam breaks) if I've cried in front of u it means I luv u...endlessly it's a bond & it's shared & known b'tween us ...not in weakness but in friendship a mutual admiration...of acceptance that has been felt bteen us...I'd sincerely hope otherwise I may have to dig another (subliminal 😄) grave

1 - Yes I think we'll make her an honorary Scorpio. She could use the shell.

2 - They were sometimes snotty-nosed though. Total train-wrecks.

3- Ya. I know. It's awesome.
It was a great unspoken gift, that they trusted me that much because I knew
they HATED to be weak ... but knew they could be ... and so wanted to be, just for a while.
I hope you can be snotty-nosed with someone, sometime.

I cried last month because I was convinced my boyfriend was using me, which I was wrong. He is the only person who make me this emotional and irrational, otherwise I do not cry often at all, an when I do I prefer to ball my eyes out alone.

But if we were real life friends and I knew anyone
broke your trust or hurt you badly, I'd bury them
"for real". And you'd wonder for a while why you
never saw them any more and everyone was looking
for them. lol But as soon as our eyes met again...

I'm a scorpio sun with a cancer moon. Water + Water = flood of emotions over here. I'm not a crybaby but I am definitely not tough as nails. I've cried at weddings, watching Marley & Me, funerals, watching the Hallmark channel. I've cried simply because it was 'that time of the month' and I was FRUSTRATED. I cry whenever I feel like it damnit.

Okay.. I am a bonafide mushball. Say somethin!!

1 - I cried a couple months ago. I have to cry every couple months or the emotions just get overwhelming.
- I can tell when it gets to that point because I just feel exhausted, my eyes feel weird and I have pit in my stomach.

2 - I always do it by myself and NOBODY, absolutely NOBODY will ever see me cry.
- Not my kids, my parents, my siblings, my dog, my partner.

3 - My ex husbands never seen a tear and I was married a total of 18 years.

4 -I get really uncomfortable when someone cries in front of me. I don't look down on them, I just don't know what to do to comfort them.

You're like my NOV 10th friend. I had to kick her ass about # 3

1- I tell her top-level athletes do this to purge their thoughts and get CLEAR FOCUS. (True!)
I'm talking NBA, MLB, NFL - Most of them also don't tell anyone.

2- I hope we never meet then. You'll be so pissed-off at me. lol

3- Maybe you intimidated them. Maybe you should talk about it with your current
(and why *wink* - it's either ghosts or ... - nice to finally see you, BTW. )

4- That's a really soulful statement, LS. I'm not sure if you mean your kids or adults.
I suppose you could do what you really would want someone who CARES about you
(someone stronger, that is) to do IF they stumbles upon you crying.
( Though I'm sure you take a drive somewhere or plan it to avoid that )

I'm the same way. And what you said reminded me.. a few years back (I think I was about 13 or 14 at the time) our family dog died, and I remember my dad even crying (it was so sad because he never cries) 😢 And it took everything I had, but I was holding back my tears because I was trying to be the strong one and I felt like if I cried it might even make my dad more sad. But then my dad actually got a little upset with me and told me I was being cold because I didn't cry and he asked me, "Aren't you sad because our dog died, didn't you love him?", but he didn't know that I was trying my hardest to hold back the tears because I was trying to be strong. And I didn't want to make my dad any more sad than he already was by crying in front of him.

I don't remember the last time I actually cried, but I do remember getting teary eyed within the last month for something 'foolish' like a commercial or something.
I think I cried when MJ died.
The last time I remember seriously crying (snot/not being able to breath/etc) was like 3 years ago when my last serious BF (leo) told me we were done. Over the phone. I vaguely remember him hanging up on me. Ironically we were friends again within 2 months & he told me I was his rock.
I almost cried @ work today. I was very angry/frustrated @ my sagg 'boo'. And this song came on that totally described how I was feeling. (I wish I never met her by Carl Thomas).
I hate crying in front of other people. & I will try my hardest not to. The only time I've really cried in front of others was when me & my sisters have gotten into bad arguments. & it was more out of frustration
I am ridiculously sensitive.
I don't like crying & when I do it, I feel like I have to be alone.
I cry so little that when I do cry, my head & my face hurts
