I'm a Scorpio bent on ruling the world - is similar-minded Scorpio woman the best way to achieve the dark cosmic power necessary? I don't mean 'dark' as in evil, mind you.

It doesn't matter what your woman is all about. If you want to rule the world then you should do it by yourself as it's the only way to succeed in that.

World Domination = TAURUS + Scorpio.
The desire to have + the desire for power.

Most dictators in the world have been Taurean.
We are more power hungry than Scorpios,
and have the calmness to carry it out.

Aries and Scorpio.
Capricorn and Scorpio.
In my experience two Scorpios don't get along after awhile, so one of the two above.

I'm sorry world domination is a job best suited for Aries. They have better PR skills than us. You could try manipulating an Aries by having him do the front line work while you control behind the scenes, but keep in mind one Aries feel he has the power he will turn on you.
