So, let's say I've noticed that I keep getting myself really attracted to women of this sign, especially November girls.

Are you attracted to them because you think they will be willing to deal with a guy with no social skills whatsoever? Grow some balls, talk to women, trust me it builds character.

Just keep doing you..the right woman will come along, and yes, Scorpio and Libra women can fall for both you and your awkwardness. I love the drive of a Cap man. Trust me, I know. Been married to one for 27.5 years and he's a double Aries with his rising and moon sign in Aries, so my work was cut out for me, but so was his. I am a Libra sun with a Scorpio rising and Virgo moon..lol, but it has worked.
