Exactly!! The littlest thing sets me off....

I don't want to sound like nut but, when I want to talk to some one and let them start to conversation and they never even say hi, I get all upset for no reason and then I will most likely not want to talk because I get sad about it its weird and idk always been like this

The gym is good, but try anything that might challenge you and put your skills to the the test. Something simple as cleaning your whole room can help. When you let that energy out you'll assess your emotions and process it.
I personally go to the gym, learn a lot of new things ( yes, I become a nerd), cook, clean, create projects for myself. But I have to be careful because I can also dive deep into a depression and drink myself to being numb. So do your best to be productive for you, prove things to YOURSELF and not for anyone else.
In the end it will be like second nature to hurdle these pit falls effortlessly.

Good Luck, and hope this helps

Less and less the older I get--when I was younger this shit was hell! Especially with a Pisces moon.....

I still get into super chaotic moods--I just have learned what works in dealing with them... I used to curl up in the fetal position and bask in it.. chain smoke....

NOW---I exercise and focus on tasks. I have figured out how to channel that energy into something that not only is productive but is also mood boosting...

But yea, I know all about the "black moods" ... Now that I am older I try to isolate myself when I go to "that place" too... as a way of protecting others from me LOL and my razor sharp tongue. 😢

Aaah... sounds like you got it under control. I don't know, it's like I will focus in one thing, get bored and feel unsatisfied so I try something else and still feel meh about it, then I am sad and don't want to do anything. Perhaps it's because I need something to make me feel purposeful.

Lol yes that razor tongue... oh darn our sarcasm. I get scolded for this too often!

Do you ever feel...like the world is on your shoulders?
I just get into these random moods... where I want to curl up in a ball and do nothing. :/
I will be happy, carefree, and enjoying life, then get sad, and sometimes the only way to cheer myself up is to have some alone time.

Does anybody else get this or I just insane...lmao
And what do you do to feel better??

Hmm...well yes some times..

Okay what I normally do i force myself to have some fun...
buy the following
3x potato chip bags (dip optional)
3x 2L cold-drinks (with alcohol optional)
6-8 movies (renting optional) (for me it would be games that me and my friends can play but..maybe different for you?)

ps..the friends are optional but I usually take the option...

and may the tears of laughter, joy commence (sadness not optional)

Well if you do buy alcohol please remember to buy something for the following day...

The secret for me was figuring out what works---after much trial and error. KNowing what makes me spiral down and what pulls me out of it.... for example, exercise works for me--isolation? spiral down. and so... in essence I force myself to go up the ladder on those days when I don't have time to be down and out.

It was a matter of getting to know myself and figuring out what works and what doesn't.

Thanks jeanne 🙂
That method does seem to be effective. Isolation is just really not good for anyone.

LOl, you sound just like me...
I do little things like this too to keep the negativity down. I love to bake.
But instead of alcohol, I used to be really badly addicted to ritalin... I would use it to take away my sadness every day and sometimes it made it even worse! Fortunately I don't have it at reach anymore.
I love doing creative things like drawing and writing poems, making things out of clay, etc.

I've always been emotional...I have my Sun, Part of Fortune, Mercury, Uranus, Mars and Venus all in Scorpio...sitting in my Third House. In conversation it can seem to be a distraction to people...I just reason I have valves in my eyes that release emotional pressure...haha.

It can be difficult though to interact with people who jump on top of my tears like they need to be wrestled down, dried up, or "fixed." It seems to make the emotion bigger when I have to go into defending myself. It seems too much for some people, they consider it manipulative, which is absurd. The majority of the time, if I had a choice about it, I'd love to wrestle them under control myself, but it just doesn't seem possible.

The times when I am stuck in my head, spinning tales of woe, my emotions get spun too...during these times I find movement of the body my strongest allie, particularly dance.

When I look back at my life I felt the most emotionally strong when I was physically active, maybe the tears were worked out of the body with sweat...I don't know. But without a regular exercise regimen my emotions get swept away quite easily, so maybe there is something to that....body, mind, emotion, balancing act. 🙂
